This open gallery is part of the San José Mission Church near San Antonio. It's been photographed a million times, so I thought I'd try something different with my own HDR take on it.

Known as the "Queen of the Missions", this is the largest of the missions and was almost fully restored to its original design in the 1930s.

Santa Fe is full of color. Everywhere you look you see earth-colored adobe against the blue sky, a perfect contrast.

This is the Santa Fe Museum of Art, a modern building made to look like an older adobe construction. Very interesting lines and shapes.

This could be anywhere in Texas. This one happens to be in Galveston, almost on the beach. It is weird to be relaxing on the beach looking at the ocean, and see this pump tirelessly working.

While visiting Coney Island I just had to stop and try one of the original Nathan's hotdogs. They were as good as they get.

This is somewhere along the Los Angeles beach. Hanging around the beach during the evening, I was awarded with a deep red sunset, as the sun set over the Pacific ocean. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, with just a tiny flock of birds breaking the smooth sky.

I almost drove past this abandoned gas station near the town of Mora, NM. I actually had to turn around and drive back, after glimpsing the rusting pump and building.

Today's image is a simple field with flowers. This is somewhere near the city of Ulverton, in Quebec. We were driving along some country roads and ran across this field, which looked just perfect with the flowers and the storm clouds.

The Splash

Here's something different. This is a water feature in Houston, which resembles a flower. I like that it is almost an abstract image.

Jumping Rabbit

An interesting restaurant I ran across in Quebec, Canada. The name of the place translates as 'The Rabbit Jumped'. Unfortunately I had already had lunch, or I would have tried it out.

This is a monastery near Los Angeles, CA. There as nobody around, and the place was very quiet and peaceful.
